Karaf 4.0.0-SNAPSHOT doesn't work without Internet connection because the
following artifacts are missing:
- org.apache.karaf.jaas.blueprint.config 4.0.0-SNAPSHOT
- org.apache.aries.jmx.blueprint-core 1.1.0
- org.apache.aries.jmx.api 1.1.0
