Description:
The WAB deployment works fine for root instance, and doesn't for child ones.
The war feature is installed, Web-State is deployed, Web-ContextPath is </>.
The try to access localhost:8181 has been failed with 404 status.
Installed feature <webconsole> unaccessable from localhost:8181/system/console
unaccessable as well.
