A "Bill of Material" (BOM) contains only the dependencies of a Project, almost
like a parent pom, where it doesn't contain any other build specific
declarations.
The idea behind this it is easier for other projects to depend on these
dependencies and build on top of it.
For example if one want's to add some extra Hazelcast bundles to his project
the version for Hazelcast doesn't need to be configured in the project as this
transitive dependency is managed by the BOM (the artifact is a regular POM
though)
