Adding further info to your findings,
If i am configuring with the IP Address "192.168.1.1"
in netstat the port is listened under the specified IP address "192.168.1.1".
But in can be viewable from Web Gui (i.e. My Karaf Instance is running ,but i
can't able to connect through the ssh port)
And my instance status is showing "Starting" and not moving to the status
"Started".
