The fix i committed earlier is correct in theory, however it breaks some
integration tests. I suspect that some snapshots are updated during
integration tests and that the package wiring is refreshed causing the test
probe bundle context to become invalid.
We need to investigate if the above is true, why bundles are updated and how to
work around the problem.
