I'm a bit puzzled about this JIRA, is there anything left to do?
In Karaf 3.0.3, the versions are
javax.annotation;version="1.0", \
javax.annotation.processing;version="1.6", \
For Karaf 4.x both versions are changed to "1.1" (KARAF-3566).
This JIRA wants to change the version to "1.2" but I read that this would not
reflect what the JRE contains.
