hazelcast instance used by cellar should have set instanceName (either constant
or configurable).
this is usefull for integration hibernate with hazelcast inside cellar cluster,
as no other configuration (and instance) would be needed. Theres no way to
obtain instance of hacelzast when configuring persistence unit.
