Currently the JMX object org.apache.karaf:type=bundle offers a "getDiag"
operation. However, it requires a bundle id.
Most often, however, one just would like to know what is wrong and use
bundle:diag to show all information.
Therefore would be great to offer a no-args "getDiag" operation as well.
