I have a bundle jar that has a set of embedded dependency jars.
The pom.xml for this bundle lists the embedded dependencies, as does the
dependencies.properties.
When the karaf-maven-plugin processes it to make a features.xml, it adds
<bundle/> elements for each of them, even though they are not bundles at all.
I can go back and add <optional>true</optional>, but I won't always control the
producer. Can't the karaf-maven-plugin look a bit harder?
