Fix For: 4.0.1
The next Aries transaction version will use the jta 1.2 API. So we should
provide a feature for it. As it is compatible to JTA 1.1 I will use it as
default when installing the transaction feature. It will be possible to select
jta 1.1 if people need the old version.
