Between 4.0.2 and 4.0.2 karaf.home and karaf.data changed their format from
<drive>:\path\to\karaf to /<drive>:/path/to/karaf/[data/].
That causes issues in the service-wrapper.exe which is created with
wrapper:install (Service doesn't start anymore)
karaf.home and karaf.data are written to the etc/*-wrapper.conf as
set.default.KARAF_HOME and set.default.KARAF_DATA.
Changing the *-wrapper.conf by removing the first slash fixes the service
(<drive>:/path/to/karaf/ instead of /<drive>:...)
