I'm not sure it's a good idea as it means that Cellar will be very tight
coupled to Hazelcast. Even if it's not the case right now, cellar-core and
cellar-hazelcast are decoupled, allowing you to use another implementation (for
instance cellar-zookeeper, cellar-yarn, etc).
So I would avoid to only use hazelcast discovery SPI. However, it could make
sense to provide a discovery service using the hazelcast one.
