The karaf-maven-plugin (4.0.3) features-add-to-repository goal doesn't seem to
support an ignoreDependencyFlag configuration. Although it doesn't show an
error when building, my IDE marks this line in the pom as invalid (as it does
for unknown xml tags), and more importantly, the resulting repo folder doesn't
contain the missing bundles.
