Fix For: 4.0.5
Some cfg files shipped by default contain deprecated and unused properties.
For instance, etc/org.apache.karaf.features.cfg file contains
respectStartLvlDuringFeatureStartup or respectStartLvlDuringFeatureUninstall
properties not used anymore.
I will cleanup those unused properties to avoid to confuse users.
