I was just curious. I found it strange not to upgrade to the latest, and while
I find the reasoning unusual, I know that eclipse projects tend to change their
maven coordinates without notice.
I think if one really wants to use eclipse maven artifactes one should follow
what they did: https://github.com/diffplug/spotless/blob/master/build.gradle
Download the zip and upload to your own repo.
"You might think this is crappy, and try to find some kind of maven upload.
You'll find a couple random artifacts, but they're all a trap. Mismatching
versions and missing deps."
I leave this up to you, just wanted to point it out. probably the new tycho
osgi jar is as bad ad the prvious one, but maybe it is the newest found in
maven central.
