Cave populate from an http url doesnt seem to work.
Steps to reproduce are as follows,

cave:repository-create -l c:/temp/cave batcave
cave:repository-populate batcave
https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/commons-lang/commons-lang/1.0/
no jars appear in c:/temp/cave, no exceptions in log.
