Grzegorz Grzybek commented on KARAF-4774:
-----------------------------------------

[~soleger] thanks for comment. We had a [discussion in mailing
list|http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/karaf-dev/201610.mbox/%3CCAAdXmhor-JswtWmzFS8t10SmcsFyxCbygWR81058pkoiENks0w%40mail.gmail.com%3E]
 and there are indeed two parts:
* remove old repositories
* possible re-addition of gemini support from new repositories

Because gemini-blueprint wasn't that well (or at least in comparison to
aries-blueprint) tested with Karaf 4.x, bringing it back with version 2.x would
require considerable amount of work. If you'd like to use
org.eclipse.gemini.blueprint/gemini-blueprint/2.0.0.RELEASE in Karaf 4.x, maybe
we should create a "new feature" issue?

> Gemini Blueprint's latest version is from 2012. The [only

> *What is the current status of the repository?*
> The repository is frozen but will remain accessible until at least 1
