I plan to add commands related to Maven configuration (used by pax-url-aether),
but not tied to instance of {{MavenResolver}} service itself (which can't be
queried about configuration).
I want to check the sanity of {{org.ops4j.pax.url.mvn}} PID config and show:
* list of repositories (default, local, remote)
* their availability
* ...
