Some collector events should be sent to one appender (ex. kafka) whereas other
events to another appender (ex. camel) for custom enrichement of the event.
Implementation proposal:
Every appender could provide an exclude and include property to configure to
which appender the events should be sent to. The exclude/include condition
could be based on the topic.
