If a kar is dropped in the {{deploy}} folder, then, the features in the kar are
correctly installed:
{code}
cp test.kar deploy
karaf@root()> feature:list -i|grep -i test
test │ 1.0.0.SNAPSHOT │ x │ Started │ test
│
{code}
However, if the same kar is installed using the {{kar:install}} command, the
kar is listed but the features inside the kar are not installed:
{code}
karaf@root()> kar:install mvn:...
{code}
Whereas it works with {{kar:install file:/path/to/test.kar}}.
