Fix For: 4.2.0
Currently RepositoryImpl has the ability to load on demand if it is not already
loaded.
This is not necessary as all usages load the Repository content right away.
So I propose to remove the lazy loading .
Another change is to prefer creating/loading features through the
RepositoryCache.
