The Karaf (4.1.3) standard feature has a dependency to Jetty 9.3.15.v20161220
whereas Pax Web (6.0.7) has a dependency to Jetty 9.3.14.v20161028.
Both should be aligned to be consistent.
Generally speaking, Karaf should not define a dependency to Jetty and should
delegate to Pax Web.
