The {{decanter-collector-jms}} and {{decanter-appender-jms}} features has a
requirement on {{ConnectionFactory}} service. It works fine when the
{{ConnectionFactory}} service is defined in a feature providing the capability,
but it doesn't work "out of the box" using the Karaf {{jms}} commands (as the
feature doesn't provide the capability).
I will set the requirement as optional.
