Karaf maven plugin allows to specify {{profilesUri}} option. This have changed
over time and 4.2.x branch allows to specify list of values while 4.1.x allows
just single value.
For compatibility reasons a proposed solution is splitting of the text values
which will convert a single value into many and pass it to distribution
`Builder` in order to provide similar functionality for these who stay at older
release.
