As part of KARAF-5585 there was a patch provided which was intended to fix
VerifyMojo. Sadly same patch broke other places which rely on presence of
system properties which are used as fallback by pax-url.
Proposed solution for now is partial revert of changes made in tooling
`MojoSupport`. In order to solve problem permanently (and properly I guess) we
need a bigger refactor which will align usage of aether resolver in tooling.
