The file org.apache.karaf.itests.mavenresolver.KarafMinimalMonitoredTestSupport
also has this useless fallback.
Also org.apache.karaf.itests.KarafTestSupport which was done in
59f500fc29940113b43ae64cee5d533110dd5784.
