When assemble a custom Karaf container using karaf-maven-plugin, it fails when
execute the "features-add-to-repository" goal in case of the added feature has
a remote repo start with "https:" protocal.

Analyzing the source, L278 of MojoSupport.java,
https://github.com/apache/karaf/blob/master/tooling/karaf-maven-plugin/src/main/java/org/apache/karaf/tooling/utils/MojoSupport.java#L278,
it only check the resourceLocation start with "http://";, but ignore the
"https://";
