When running karaf 4.2.6 (and 4.2.5) under jdk-11, the instance:start command
does not work - the child instance is not started. No obvious error indicated.
Interesting, when an instance is started with karaf running under jdk-8; then
karaf is restarted under jdk-11, the running instance can be stopped. So only
the "start" command is not working under jdk-11.
Everything works fine when the same karaf installations are run with jdk-8.
