The {{config:edit}} command accepts {{--factory}} and {{--alias}} options to
easily create empty configuration factory ({{alias}} is optional and then a
UUID is generated).
This is not possible via {{ConfigMBean}}.
It should provide operations similar to {{config:edit}} command.
