This task is to disable the JAAS deployer by default. This means that by
default it won't be possible to change JAAS config by dropping (e.g.) a
blueprint file into the deploy folder. The purpose of this is to improve
security. It should be possible to explicitly allow deploying JAAS config using
a feature.
