[~j3rem1e] [~jbonofre] - The problem is that without this fix, a feature config
file can overwrite any file on the system. I don't see a good reason for
allowing this behaviour. Perhaps I could modify the PR to add a configuration
switch to allow installing files outside of karaf.etc (defaulting to false)?
