Description: Since KARAF-6509 is resolved, it's possible to implement
better support of the Kubernetes API configuration (https, certificates etc.).
Currently, we use a local kubectl proxy in our docker image which makes things
unnecessarily complicated (supervisord configuration etc.). (was: Since
