yes, we can remove the "jetty" feature from the "cxf-http-jetty" feature as a
workaround.
But there is something definitely changed in Karaf feature service between
4.1.x and 4.2.0. and has to be fixed on Karaf side, as you can't stop the user
install the "jetty" feature from his owner feature xml or other 3rd party
feature xml.
