for both Karaf 4.2.8 and Karaf 4.2.9, and this is an intermittent failure for
me. You can restart karaf instance more times, and deploy hello1.xml more
times, you should be able to see this error even with Karaf 4.2.8.
And my current suggestion is still to use pax-http-undertow instead of
pax-http-jetty.
Steps.
1. Unzip a vanilla Karaf (I tried with 4.2.8 and 4.2.9), start karaf on command
line
2. Execute on karaf CLI(must install pax-http-undertow first)

feature:install camel camel-servlet

3. copy org.ops4j.pax.web.context-admin.hello1.cfg and users.properties to etc
folder(no need to copy jetty.xml)
4. copy hello1.xml to deploy folder
5. access the secured endpoint by(you can use wrong password intentionally to
see 403, and skip username/password to see 401 )

Your org.ops4j.pax.web.context-admin.hello1.cfg isn't correct, I will attach a
revised one to make the end-to-end test working.
Btw, about the undertow OSGi support in the further version(it won't affect
Karaf 4.2.9), I think we can figure solutions to resolve it.
