The issue is actually a race condition where the configuration are created
after the init of the cellar-hazelcast instance. As we use configfile (and not
config) in the feature, the prerequisite flag on feature won't help.
A possible solution is add wait on the init method of cellar-hazelcast (waiting
config file populated up to a timeout).
