{{webconsole}} pulls in Pax Web via
[{{http}}|https://github.com/apache/karaf/blob/874628af94da71203ba253989379d8f36404447e/assemblies/features/standard/src/main/feature/feature.xml#L961]
feature which makes it unnecessarily complex to use Web Console with Felix
HTTP Service. Instead {{webconsole}} should rely on Requirements and
Capabilities for OSGi HTTP Service.
