If you use the windows-explorer intuitively to start the client.bat by
double-click the client.bat file in the \bin\ directory the command-line of
windows appears. This is very good and equates tomcat's start.bat, jboss and
other servers.
Unfortunately the window disappear without a message if no connection could be
esablished to the karaf server.
Workaround: If you append on the tail of the client.bat the line "pause" you
will be able to the the message "Failed to get the session".
