Simply adding the org.apache.aries.jax.rs/1.0.6 feature repo duplicates
existing pax and other features.
To recreate:
# Extract Karaf from the distribution
# Start Karaf using
bin/karaf
# List features using
feature:list | grep pax-web | sort
# Add the Aries JaxRS repo using
feature:repo-add
mvn:org.apache.aries.jax.rs/org.apache.aries.jax.rs.features/1.0.6/xml
