The Restart button on [http://localhost:8181/system/console/vmstat] does not
restart properly.
The java process is still alive, but the webconsole no longer responds.
1. Downloaded the Karaf 4.4.3 from the official website.
2. Unzipped and modified the etc/users.properties
3. Started karaf and installed:
feature:install http
feature:install webconsole
Logged in into [http://localhost:8181/system/console/vmstat] and clicked
Restart.
The console is attached as an image and the log file is also attached to the
ticket.
