Client is still under Apache license, for instance:
https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/elasticsearch/client/elasticsearch-rest-client/8.6.1/elasticsearch-rest-client-8.6.1.pom
(see the license part).
We just use the clients, we don't embed Elastic "'server side" anymore.
So it's OK.
