Looks like this collectors jar
org.apache.karaf.decanter.collector.dropwizard-2.9.0.jar (the same is true for
2.10.0)
doesn't contain any classes from Decanter, only com.codahale.metrics. As a
result, DecanterReporterCollector class on deployed into Karaf at all, and do
nothing.
Probably a maven build issue.
