Description:
some issues were fixed KARAF-7751
as expected, there are remaining ones that are now easier to see: see
diffoscope analysis of 4.4.5 rebuild

two noticeable issues are:
- karaf:4.4.5:archive does not create reproducible archives (timestamp, order)
- bundle plugin 5.1.9 has RB issues with OSGi Export-Service manifest entry:

a completely different list of issues is:
- timestamp and order issues in generated .html and .adoc documentation
- generated random UUIDs in example dists: should we just ignore these ones
when comparing, given they are not really important output? or is there a
reasonable way to avoid this randomness?
