Description:
apache.commons libraries have been released in newer versions:
* apache.commons.pool2: upgrade 3.14.0 to 3.15.0

this is already done with KARAF-7834, but not on 4.4.x branch
* -apache.commons.io: upgrade from 2.15.1 to 2.16.1-

apache.commons.collections is still at 3.2.2, dated 2015. This requires a major
update and will be handled in a different issue.
