Since Karaf 4.4.9, the output of the bundle:list command is unreadable on
Windows (at least Windows 10). This was observed from the classic Command
Prompt and from the Powershell Console.
The output on a Linux Terminal (Gnome based, Ubuntu 22.04-LTS) with 4.4.9 is
fine.
The output with Karaf 4.4.8 on Windows is fine.
