Ah, I see. `bundle:watch` is there primarily for `SNAPSHOT` during dev cycle. I understand your use case. I'm not a big fan to automatically update released versions. Also, should we consider any version, or range, or file modification date ? SNAPSHOT is easy because we have the modification time in the metadata.
