`InstanceServiceImplTest.testTextResources` was added with KARAF-3111 in 2014 without a `@Test` annotation. The class is JUnit 4, so JUnit has never run it, and the text resources feature of instance creation has no running test. #3020 adds the annotation and points the test's storage location at the class's `TemporaryFolder`, like the other tests in the class.
