------- Additional comments from [email protected] Tue May 11 11:13:22 +0000 2010 ------- The file picker reproducibly crashes when it attempts to create a sufficiently small preview of an icon representing an image file (PNG or JPG) which contains an image of a ratio less than 1:16. That is, if I have an image 10 pixels wide and 161 pixels high, the picker crashes; it does not so for images that are high 160 pixels. The same holds for pictures 20*320. (Images of this size are commonly used for background tiling.) The crash occurs when the icon magnification is lowered, so this looks as if the effective image width becomes zero. Pictures with a higher side ratio can be shrunk without a crash, and their icon just disappears. The console outputs X-Error: RenderBadPicture (invalid Picture parameter) Major opcode: 153 Minor opcode: 8 Resource ID: 0x0 Serial No: 42175 (42175) Michael --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
