When getting a column from a table by its index, in the ColumnSchema returned,
the name of the column is updated to the index.
Example:
>>> table.schema
kudu.Schema {
key int32 NOT NULL
int_val int32
string_val string
PRIMARY KEY (key)
}
>>> table['int_val']
Column(int_val, parent=example-table, type=int32)
>>> table[1]
Column(1, parent=example-table, type=int32)
The ColumnSchema returned by an index reference should be the same as it is
when referenced by name.
