Ok I thought I had gone back enough but I hadn't, so I finally found that log
line.
Maybe this is fine then. It just feels weird that the tserver would still try
to do it every second after 2 weeks. Arguably this is an edge case, but that's
how you then trigger bugs like KUDU-1933.
