I think documenting this in Known Issues would be a good idea. Eventually it
will get fixed on the Docker side and we can update Known Issues to recommend
against old versions of Docker until it's so old it's irrelevant.
I filed this as a Kudu JIRA because it's a problem that may affect Kudu users,
and we hadn't initially root-caused it, but we now know that it's not really a
Kudu bug. That said, I don't think it's a bad idea to leave this open for
tracking purposes until the Docker bug is fixed upstream.
